Adoption and Surrogacy Benefit
Corning offers employees and their spouses or domestic partners a reimbursement benefit for expenses related to adoption and/or surrogacy through the Maven Wallet.
Register for Maven and gain access to education and counseling from Maven advocates to support your family building journey. Access to the Maven Wallet (adoption and surrogacy reimbursement benefit) can be found after enrolling in the Maven Clinic app and completing a survey.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for Maven Wallet benefits (e.g., incur expenses for reimbursement through Maven Wallet) you must be:
- An active, U.S. benefits-eligible employee
- A spouse/domestic partner of an eligible employee
