Three plan options are available, including two plans with a Health Savings Account.
Corning offers employees living in Michigan comprehensive medical coverage through your choice of three options:
- BCBSM Consumer Health Plan Plus (BCBSM CHP Plus)
- BCBSM Consumer Health Plan Basic (BCBSM CHP Basic)
- BCBSM Preferred Provider Organization (BCBSM PPO)
These plans offer a broad network of providers across Michigan, including Covenant HealthCare, one of the largest health care systems in the Great Lakes Bay Region. When you enroll in a BCBSM plan, your pharmacy benefits are provided through BCBSM.
Eligibility:
Active employees living in Michigan and regularly working at least 30 hours per week. You may cover eligible dependents.
