Corning Health Connection Nurse Advocates will connect you with Centers of Excellence (COE) treatment centers and provide you with treatment option information in connection with:
- Congenital Heart Disease (CHD)
- Cancer
- Organ and bone marrow transplants
- Obesity (Note: Bariatric surgery will not be covered by the Corning medical plan unless you work through Bariatric Resource Services and use a COE)
- Fertility (Note: Fertility treatment will not be covered by the Corning medical plan unless you work through Fertility Solutions and use a COE)
- Kidney Resources Services (KRS)
Eligibility:
All full-time U.S. employees, pre-65 retirees, and their eligible dependents enrolled in a Corning medical plan administered by UnitedHealthcare are eligible to use the COEs.
