CVS Caremark provides prescription drug benefits when you use a network retail pharmacy. For maintenance drugs (medications taken on an ongoing basis), you can obtain a 90-day supply from a CVS Health retail pharmacy or through CVS Caremark mail order.

Eligibility:

All full-time U.S. employees, pre-65 retirees, and their dependents enrolled in a Corning medical plan administered by UnitedHealthcare are eligible to use prescription drug coverage through CVS Caremark.

PrudentRx

$0 Copays for Specialty Medications

Take advantage of PrudentRx and receive your specialty medications at no cost. Consumer Health Plan members must first meet their deductible before the $0 copay applies.

Call 1-800-578-4403. A customer service advocate will be available to answer any questions and assist you with enrolling in the program.

Members who choose not to participate in the PrudentRx Copay Program will pay 30% of the specialty medication cost.
