Vision Benefits

The Corning vision plan offers vision care benefits for exams, eyewear, and contacts when you use the Insight Network of EyeMed providers.

In addition, through the safety eyewear program, you can get the right prescription glasses for your job.

Your EyeMed Welcome Kit contains two ID cards, a listing of covered services and materials, and a list of in-network providers nearest to you. Your dependents will need to register for the website separately using the Dependent ID access code included in your welcome kit.

Eligibility:

All full-time U.S. salaried and union-free hourly employees and their dependents enrolled in a Corning medical plan are eligible to use the vision plan.

All full-time U.S. union hourly employees are enrolled automatically. Their dependents must be enrolled in a Corning medical plan to be enrolled for vision coverage.

Any full-time U.S. employee, regardless of medical plan enrollment, is eligible for the Corning safety eyewear program.
