Cleveland Clinic
The Cleveland Clinic Cardiac Care Program is a special benefit offered to Corning employees, pre-65 retirees and covered dependents (age 18 and older) enrolled in a Corning medical plan. If you are in need of non-emergent cardiac surgery, you can use this program to access care at Cleveland Clinic, rated as the #1 heart surgery provider in the nation each year since 1995.*
This program removes barriers to obtaining the highest level of care:
- Direct access concierge service every step of the way
- Enhanced travel and lodging benefits
- No copayments, coinsurance, or deductible (Note: the IRS requires Consumer Health Plan members to first satisfy the deductible)
Travel and Lodging Benefit
If you or a covered dependent will be traveling more than 50 miles to Cleveland Clinic, the Travel and Lodging Benefit will cover the transportation and lodging expenses for the covered member and their travel companion.
