Regular exercise can help you feel better and stay healthy. To encourage you to live a healthy lifestyle, the Corning Fitness Program reimburses 75% of your monthly fees (limits apply) at a qualified fitness facility or streaming program. 

• Reimbursement of up to $600/year for a single membership
• Reimbursement of up to $1200/year for a family membership

To receive the reimbursement, you must complete a total of 80 workouts per calendar year, limited to one workout per day, and check in at the fitness facility using the IncentFit mobile app or submit attendance logs from the fitness facility on the IncentFit website.

Instructions for downloading IncentFit app:

1. Search IncentFit in your phone’s app store
2. Log in using your Corning email address. If you do not have a Corning email address, use your Corning Employee ID

For more information about the program, visit the Corning Fitness Program website on the Corning intranet. In the IncentFit portal, one can view the program on the My Rewards > Rewards Plan tab of their IncentFit account.

Eligibility:

All fulltime U.S. Corning employees are eligible to participate in the Corning Fitness Program. A spouse/domestic partner and/or children are eligible to be included in the employee’s family membership if:

• The employee is an active member in the program and meets the attendance requirements
• The employee purchases a couple or family membership, with all family members on the same agreement with the facility, and with the membership in the name of the Corning employee
