Eligibility:

All full-time and part-time U.S. employees and their immediate family members are eligible – even if not enrolled in a Corning medical plan – for Maven’s 24/7 education and coaching at no cost to them. Clinical support from experienced Optum fertility nurses is also available. (Note that any medical care received for fertility treatments would be subject to your medical insurance coverage.)
