Corning offers employees living in Michigan comprehensive medical coverage through your choice of three options:

• BCBSM Consumer Health Plan Plus (BCBSM CHP Plus)
• BCBSM Consumer Health Plan Basic (BCBSM CHP Basic)
• BCBSM Preferred Provider Organization (BCBSM PPO)

These plans offer a broad network of providers across Michigan, including Covenant HealthCare, one of the largest health care systems in the Great Lakes Bay Region. When you enroll in a BCBSM plan, your pharmacy benefits are provided through BCBSM.
