Vision Benefits
The Corning vision plan offers vision care benefits for exams and eyewear when you use the network of Davis Vision providers.
In addition, a safety eyewear program offers safety eyewear benefits through Davis Vision to all Corning employees who need safety glasses to perform their jobs.

- To view a provider list and general plan information: Select “Members,” enter client code 2808, then “Submit.”
- To register a new account: Click on “Members” then select “Register new account.” Complete the member registration form, using your Corning employee ID number in the “ID#” field. You must include a valid Corning or personal email address. After clicking “Register” at the bottom of the form, you will activate your account by clicking the link in the email that you receive at that email address. You must activate your account before you can log-in.
Eligibility:
All full-time U.S. salaried and union-free hourly employees and their dependents enrolled in a Corning medical plan are eligible to use the vision plan.
All full-time union hourly employees are enrolled automatically. Their dependents must be enrolled in a Corning medical plan to be enrolled for vision coverage.
