My Total Rewards Website
My Total Rewards is your personalized Total Rewards website with links to benefits information and providers, decision tools, where you can enroll and make plan election 24/7. Live chat is also available for personal assistance. It’s organized for easy access — even on your smart phone or other mobile device.
You can log on to My Total Rewards in two ways:
- Go to True Blue at trueblue.corning.com from any device and click on the “My Total Rewards” single sign-on tile. If this is your first visit, you will be taken to an Online Authorization page.
- Log on directly at Mytotalrewards.corning.com from any computer, smartphone, tablet, etc., with an Internet connection. Security is important to us, and uses “multi-factor authentication” to verify your identity when you login, so if this is your first visit, you will need to complete the steps below.
- First time user? Click the “Create an account” link at the bottom of the page.
- You will then be prompted to provide personal information (email address, employee ID, Social Security number) along with your preferred email address and phone number.
- For enhanced security, you may be asked to answer personal security questions.
- Then an authentication code will be sent to your preferred email — enter it on the site for verification. Repeat the process for your preferred phone number; you can choose to receive the code via text or phone call.
- Finally, you will be prompted to create a password. Click “Submit” and scroll to the bottom of the screen to enter the site.
- Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to simply log in with your email address and password and then enter a code (sent to your email or phone) to verify your identity.
My Total Rewards is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from both inside and outside the Corning network.
