Life+ Well-being Program
Choose the support that fits your needs, interests, and life stage.
Life+ is Corning’s new global well-being benefit. It provides company-funded quarterly contributions to a Life+ wallet that you can use to get reimbursed for eligible wellness and lifestyle expenses. The program is designed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. It offers flexibility and choice, allowing you to select benefits that fit your needs, interests, and life stage.
Corning will fund your Life+ benefit with $125 each quarter, for a total of $500 per year. Unused funds roll over during the year but expire at year-end. You can use these funds in your wallet to get reimbursed for eligible expenses that support your well-being.
Life+ replaces the Corning Fitness Program which was discontinued after the 2025 program year. Life+ expands beyond fitness-only activities to support a broader range of wellness needs for employees globally.

Eligibility:
All permanent, actively employed (including those on paid leave) employees are eligible. Employees on unpaid leave will not have access to their benefit until they return to active status. Spouses, domestic partners, and dependents are not eligible. New hires become eligible at the beginning of the quarter following their hire date.
