Investment Plan
The Corning Investment Plan is a convenient and effective way for you to save for your future, especially your retirement.
You may contribute up to 75% of your pay to the Investment Plan each pay period, subject to IRS limits. You may make before-tax, Roth 401(k), and/or after-tax contributions. Your contributions are deducted from your paycheck automatically, making saving simple. To encourage you to save for your retirement, Corning matches a portion of your contributions.
You can monitor your plan account and make changes on the Empower website or by calling the Corning Benefits Network.
Benefit Services Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Eastern time (excluding holidays).
Eligibility:
All employees as soon as hired, if at least age 18 and regularly scheduled to work at least 16 hours per week.
