The Corning Investment Plan is a convenient and effective way for you to save for your future, especially your retirement. You may save a percentage of your pay on a before-tax or after-tax basis, or a combination of the two, which you invest in options offered by the plan. Your contributions are deducted from your paycheck automatically, making saving simple. To encourage you to save for your retirement, Corning matches a portion of your contributions.

You can monitor your plan account and make changes on the Empower website or by calling the Corning Benefits Network.

Eligibility:

All employees as soon as hired, if at least age 18 and regularly scheduled to work at least 16 hours per week.
