Eligibility:
Virta is available to Corning employees, pre-65 retirees, and covered adult dependents age 18 and older who are enrolled in a Corning medical plan administered by UnitedHealthcare. This benefit is currently offered to those with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or a BMI of 25 or greater. There are some serious medical conditions that would exclude patients from the Virta program.
